(1) Any or all of the powers granted to the Board in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act may be delegated by the Board to the Secretary of the concerned Ministry, the Director General of the concerned Department or the official level employee of the Government of Nepal or to the committee or sub-committee formed under this Act.
(2) All or any of the powers granted to the concerned department in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act may be delegated to any office or gazetted level employee of the Government of Nepal as required.
